(1) I am from Hanafi School, so whenever I reply to your any question, at first, I put forward the view of Imam Azam Abu Haneefah(R.A.). Therefore, while asking any question, please do mention your School of thought, so that I can provide you with the proper solution.
(2) I provide you with the answers and solutions in the light of four resources i.e. the Glorious Qur'an, Prophetic Hadith, Ijmaa and Qiyas.
(3) Please do not insist on me to provide reasons [Daleel] behind solution provided. If you have enough books where you can find the provided reference, then you may ask for the same.
Asalamalaikum! I have brought up in a family with hanafi background , but as i grew up i didnt know who i was following , is it a condition that you follow a madhab in which you are born? because many classical scholars in past had different are known to be following other madhab than his father.
ReplyDelete2. Once i started my shallow research i happened to inclined with ahle hadees who do not do taqleed but later on i came to know taqleed is must if you are muqallid aami and muqallid mutabbi with few exceptions for muqallid mutabbi
and finally i stick to Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal in matters of Hajj,salah,Sawm,Zakat . There is also a condition that we can follow a particular imam i n one issue . So please guide me if i am doing right or wrong
